I Don’t See My Standard Work
What to check when a Standard Work is missing from desktop or headset.

If you cannot find a Standard Work, it may not be published, may belong to another workspace, or may not be available to your role.
Check if it is published
Draft Standard Works may not appear for all users.
Ask the author or admin to confirm that the Standard Work has been published.
Check your workspace
Make sure you are signed in to the correct organization workspace.
Some users may have access to more than one workspace.
Check your permissions
Your role may limit which Standard Works you can view.
If other users can see the Standard Work but you cannot, ask an admin to check your access.
Search by title
Search using the most specific word in the Standard Work title.
If the title changed recently, try searching for related task names or process names.
Check headset sync
If the Standard Work appears on desktop but not in headset, confirm the headset is online, close and reopen STNDRD, and sign in again if needed.
Ask an admin to confirm that the Standard Work is available for headset viewing.
