Personal Information

STNDRD may require user verification to access content in specific workspaces or company locations. We collect identification details necessary to confirm that users are who they claim to be (authentication) and to ensure they are permitted to access the resources assigned to them (authorization). We and/or our customers may collect personal data to:

• Authenticate and authorize users
• Enforce our Terms of Service and agreements
• Manage licensing, usage rights, and role-based access.

Content

Because our platform is content-driven, we collect:

• Content you submit or receive via the platform
• Transaction records related to content usage, for analytics and legal compliance.

Location Data

Our Services rely on GPS and detailed, real-world spatial data. We may collect precise visual positional data and contextual information about the physical environment (such as proximity to equipment, orientation within a space, or interactions at specific locations). We collect:

• Real-time location, spatial, and visual positional data
• Contextual data about the physical environment (e.g., equipment proximity, orientations, interactions at specific locations)
• Location history (if enabled), including environmental context and spatial relationships

We use this data to:

• Provide location-aware features
• Support location hosts, event organizers, and third-party suppliers.
• Enhance platform responsiveness and user experience.

Location data is collected only with your explicit consent, and may be disabled in your device settings.

Media

If you upload media (images, videos, etc.), embedded metadata (such as EXIF GPS location, timestamps, or device information) may remain intact. STNDRD does not automatically strip metadata from uploaded media.

Uploaded media is linked with your User ID and may be associated with your activity history. This enables traceability for auditing, content ownership, and support purposes.

We recommend removing sensitive metadata from files before uploading if privacy is a concern. This may not be possible in all cases.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We may use cookies, SDKs, and other tracking technologies to:

• Analyze user behavior
• Improve application performance
• Deliver relevant content

Cookie preferences can be managed via your browser or device settings.

User Interaction Data

To enhance usability and troubleshoot technical issues, we may track user interaction data such as mouse movements, scrolling behavior, and clicks. This semi-anonymous data is used in aggregate to improve website functionality, user experience, and detect technical issues.

Session storage is automatically cleared after 7 days. It is not shared with third parties.

This data is processed in accordance with our contractual obligations and applicable privacy laws.
